Sailworks Junior Race Camp

Sailworks is pleased to present a Junior Race Camp for aspiring windsurfing racers from 13 to 18 years of age. This is a unique opportunity to learn the art and secrets of competitive windsurfing from some of the best racers on the continent. The focus of the race camp will be on Formula style course racing, and depending upon wind condition, also slalom racing. The Junior Race Camp is a tune-up event for junior racers attending the 2006 Pan-American Invitational Regatta, July 13-16, 2006 in Hood River, Oregon. Personal instruction and one on one focus are paramount, so book your spot now. The Junior Race Camp is limited to just 20 racers. Come join the Sailworks Team for a comprehensive three day windsurfing race camp that will make you a better windsurfer and a better racer.

Prerequisites:
Prior race experience is recommended for this advanced racing camp. Participants should have their own race gear suitable for wind conditions from 12-30 mph. A limited quantity of charter equipment is available from Sailworks for the Pan-American Invitational Regatta, which can be booked for the Junior Race Camp as well.
