For and in consideration of the acceptance by VMG Events of my entry into this regatta, I hereby accept all the risks and responsibilities of my participation in said regatta and waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all claims I may have against VMG Events, it’s members, officers, directors, committees, agents and/or employees arising out of or in any way connected with such participation. I agree to abide by the Sailing Instructions of this regatta, the rules of US Sailing, the rules of the International Sailing Federation and by any rules of the Host Organization. I further expressly agree that the forgoing release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any portion, clause or sub clause hereof is held invalid it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and legal effect. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand it’s contents. I am aware that this is a Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims and sign it of my free will.

50% of the total charter fee is due upon registering (please include this with your entry fees). Only after payment of this deposit is your reservation valid. Please reserve your charters before June 1, 2005.
 
Damage deposits will be required upon chartering your equipment. They will be returned after you return your charter equipment damage-free. The person chartering the equipment will be responsible for any damage or loss to the chartered equipment from the time of receiving the equipment to the time the equipment is returned to the nominated representative of the manufacturer or organization providing the equipment. All costs of repair and/or replacement will be the responsibility of the charterer. Charter boards & rigs will be sold at competitive prices after the event.

Board: $125 US Dollars (with a refundable $100 USD damage deposit)
Rigs: $125 USD per rig (with a refundable $125 USD damage deposit)
